Qualcomm Technologies’ efforts in innovating and commercializing mobile technology breakthroughs in 4G/LTE technology and beyond have resulted in this recognition.

The award recognizes Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ X16 LTE Modem, the world’s first announced Gigabit Class LTE modem introduced in 2016. Supporting peak download speeds up to 10x as fast as the first generation 4G/LTE devices, the Snapdragon X16 is integrated into the Snapdragon 835 mobile platform which is at the heart of leading-edge Gigabit LTE devices that are driving new connectivity experience for users.
