Agoda launches Mix and Save to help travelers find better accommodation deals
Agoda, one of the world’s fastest growing digital travel platforms, today launched a new feature, “Mix and Save”, for extra budget-conscious travelers, allowing customers to save up to 50 percent in some instances, by booking the cheapest combination of available rooms within the same hotel.
Leveraging Agoda’s technology and strong relationships with accommodation partners around the world, the new feature gives customers the option to split their reservation into multiple bookings and helps them to maximize savings when they search between 2 to 14 nights stay at any of Agoda’s two million properties worldwide.
“Our customers inspire us to innovate. We’ve seen them ‘mix and save’ through trial and error, where they would split their stay and stack different room deals to get the best overall price, which can be cumbersome and time-consuming. Likewise, if a traveler is searching for five nights in a particular hotel, traditionally the single rate package is available for a full stay, and a cheaper room with less room night availability would not be offered. Now with Mix and Save, customers see both pricing options and have the chance to save even more,” said Omri Morgenshtern, Chief Operating Officer, Agoda.

Agoda is constantly innovating ways to give our customers the best prices, so if a customer can make a great saving by changing rooms half-way through their stay, it is our priority to display such a deal.”
Currently available on desktop, Agoda is looking to enhance the offering in coming months, allowing users to enjoy Mix and Save deals on mobile, and making it more seamless for travelers by combining the split bookings in a single reservation.
