27 June 2016, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam: Binh Phu Company, a leading provider of high end and luxury furniture, today announced its largest ever order to supply US$1.2 million worth of in-room furniture to Central Group, owner of Bangkok’s forthcoming six-star Park Hyatt Hotel.

The order will see the company supplying Vietnamese-made desks, sofas, mirrors, TV cabinets and chairs from its factory in the southern province of Binh Duong, with shipments starting in early July ahead of the hotel’s opening late this year.

Speaking on the deal, Binh Phu’s General Director, Ms. Nguyễn Thùy Trang said: “It is an honor to be working with Central Group on this order.  Its new Park Hyatt Hotel offers an incredible opportunity to showcase our products to guests at the incredible new Hyatt in the heart of Bangkok at the Central Embassy.”

Central Group is a leading retailer, shopping mall operator and international property developer, and its spokesperson, Ms. Jariya Chirathivat said of the deal: “We conducted a search around the world for a vendor that was able to deliver a product to the standards that we require for our forthcoming six-star Park Hyatt.  Ultimately the quality of furniture that our friends in Vietnam were able to offer was utterly unsurpassed around the world.”
