Boeing organizes airport operations and strategy development training for aviation stakeholders in Hanoi
- Training attended by senior representatives from Vietnam’s Ministry of Transport, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, the Airports Corporation of Vietnam, and Vietnamese airlines
- One of several initiatives led by Boeing to strengthen Vietnam’s aerospace industry
Boeing, in association with Cranfield University, organized a four-day training for leaders of Vietnam’s aviation industry in Hanoi. The learning program focused on enhancing participants’ knowledge of airport operating models, airport terminal operations, safety and security management, sustainable aviation, and driving excellence in customer service.

Nguyen added that a significant part of the Boeing learning program focused on maintaining high standards of safety in an airport and the various ways to improve information flows and understanding between participants within an airport to maximize efficiency and plan for sustainable operations.
