Kahuna wave comes ashore in Hanoi
Five months after the groundbreaking of the highly anticipated Kahuna Ho Tram Strip, its developer, the Ho Tram Project Company will hold a sales event called “Surf the Kahuna Wave to Prosperity” on the morning of 20 May at Meliá Hanoi Hotel, where it will be introducing its condotels and villas to Hanoi market for the first time.
Located under two hours from Ho Chi Minh City on a 2.2 kilometer private beach in the Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, Kahuna Ho Tram Strip is a 244 key condotel and villa development comprising 164 condotel units housed in a 12-storey tower, along with 36 double-key villas and eight beach front villas, all available for long term lease.
Brought to market by the team behind the multi-award winning 541-room Grand Ho Tram Strip resort and casino, the Greg Norman-designed Bluffs Ho Tram Strip, recognized unanimously as the nation’s finest course, and the Gallery Villas residential complex which adorns the links-style course and is under construction at present.
The Ho Tram Project Company is currently at work on the interior fit-out of its second resort, the 559 room Beach Club, located on the site between The Grand and Kahuna.
Kahuna investors then have an unrivaled opportunity to share in the all of the excitement and entertainment that has made the Ho Tram Strip Vietnam’s hottest getaway. This includes monthly Ho Tram Sound Waves shows featuring the country’s hottest talent, which are frequently held fountain-side at the Fountains of Ho Tram, which dazzles audiences nightly. The development also includes 13 restaurants and bars and countless entertainment opportunities encompassing everything from mini-golf to nightclubs.
With prices ranging between 2 billion VND for a condotel unit to 7.9 billion VND for a villa, investors are guaranteed a 8% return on the net sale price for the first two years and 9% for the following two. From the fifth year onward, investors shall receive 60% of the net rental revenue according to the Rental Pool agreement. Investors also receive 21 nights free occupancy per year in their condo or villa.
The company is in active discussions at present with leading international group Wyndham to operate Kahuna Ho Tram Strip, and is also planning to develop a private, international airport located just 15km from the site to improve access for international visitors to the Ho Tram Strip.
Work commenced in March 2018 with Piling now complete on the Condotel building and will see Kahuna flanked by a waterpark, health center, amphitheater and a host of other world-class entertainment amenities.
The project is to be completed and brought into operation in 2019.
