There’s something in the air at Xiaomi…
Ho Chi Minh City, 10 October 2019: Global technology leader Xiaomi today breathed new life into its range of eco-products in Vietnam with two new devices with air at their core. The company today pulled the wraps off its all new Mi Air Purifier 3H to ensure that people are breathing a little easier in their homes; and unveiled its new Mi Electric Air Compressor to ensure that Vietnam’s people can always get where they need to go without flat tires holding them up.
“We shot to number 3 in Vietnam within just 2 years because of our commitment to bring innovative products that everyone can afford and enjoy, and today’s launch of these two new eco-products see us double-down on this commitment once again,” said Xiaomi Vietnam Country Manager Kenny Li.
Mi Air Purifier 3H:
As social media reminds us daily, the air in Vietnam’s major cities is far from pure. So, to help the people of Vietnam breathe a little easier in their homes, Xiaomi today debuted its Mi Air Purifier 3H. Following the runaway success of its 2H predecessor, the 3H removes 99.97% of macro-particles, efficiently covering rooms up to 45m2. Including a built in particle sensor, the Mi Air Purifier adjusts fan speed based on air quality in real time, with its all new OLED touch display showing the status of a room’s air and allowing manual controls over the device. It’s further compaitible with both Google Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa, allowing users to voice-control the device, as well as being fully integrated with other Xiaomi home devices via the Mi Home app.
Retailing at VND 3,990,000, the Mi Air Purifier 3 goes on sale on TIKI and Authorized Mi Store in early of November.
Mi Electric Air Compressor:
Speaking of air, wrapping up the day for those trying to get around motorbike-mad Vietnam, the company has also unveiled its amazing portable Electric Air Compressor. The pocket-sized device is the perfect trouble-stopper for Vietnam’s roads, with its digital tire pressure detection system to check tire status, and four pumping modes (road bikes, motorbikes, vehicles and sports balls). Charged via USB, the device is able to pump about eight 700x25c road bike tires from 0 to 120 PSI on a single charge – enough to get you to through the day or to the nearest repair service virtually anywhere in the country.
Priced at VND 1,090,000, the Mi Electric Air Compressor goes on sale on Lazada and Authorized Mi Store first at the end of October.
