Vantage Vietnam sponsors Go Vap Football Tournament

The opening whistle blows this weekend on the third annual Vantage Football Tournament in Ho Chi Minh City’s Go Vap District, where eight teams representing various local companies and organizations will vie for the prestigious cup – and even more prestigious rights!
Held between 22 April and 13 May, the tournament will take place at Go Vap’s Thanh Nien Football Stadium where the three weeks carnival will whittle entrants down to a pair of finalists, who will go-for-gold when the whistle blows in mid-May.
The seven-a-side format carnival operates under the auspices of the Vietnam Football Federation, with YS$650 in prizes for outstanding teams and individual players.
Mr. Edward Phan, Training Director at Vantage Vietnam, said: “Nothing excites Vietnam like football, and nothing excites companies like finding new and fun ways to lead the way in their fields, so the Vantage Cup provides just that opportunity. It brings teams of colleagues together, tests their resilience and will to win, and gives them a chance to show the strength of their teams and organizations.”
Vantage football tournament is organized by FS+MEDIA Media Co., Ltd. with Vantage Vietnam acting as a diamond sponsor.
Vantage has organized a series other community programs, including the #MoveWithVantage contest on the Tiktok platform to inspire creativity; and partnered with UpRace 2022 to support children, people with disabilities and wildlife conservation in Vietnam.
