Ho Tram, 21^st November, 2016:  The Grand Ho Tram Strip has added four awards into its already-crowded trophy cabinet.  Vietnam’s only truly integrated resort has just brought home the World Luxury Hotel Awards’ “Luxury Beach Resort” title, and the World Golf Awards’ “Vietnam’s Best Golf Hotel”, “Asia’s Best Golf Hotel”, and “Vietnam’s Best Golf Course”.

The World Luxury Hotel Awards take place each year in order to encourage and raise standards within the luxury hotel industry and provides establishments with a recognized benchmark, to give guests a feeling of security when booking. The awards are also in place to encourage key players to strive for excellence, in order to grow global competitiveness in the luxury hotel and spa industry.

The World Golf Awards were launched in 2014 to recognize the best offerings and service in golf tourism with a judging panel of leading golf tourism professionals worldwide as well as hundreds of thousands of golf consumers in more than 100 countries. The ceremony took place in November at the Conrad Algarve Hotel. World Golf Awards™ is part of World Travel Awards.

Meanwhile, The Grand Ho Tram Strip has been successfully shortlisted to win the 2017 Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards, which is considered the highest achievement a hotel can hope to receive considered that winners are derived purely based on quality customer feedback.

The new accolades need to find space among the slew of awards already heralded upon The Grand and The Bluffs in recent years. These include: Luxury Hotel and Spa of the Year by Luxury Travel Guide Awards, UK; and Best Luxury Hotel Vietnam 2015 by Business Destination UK; World Luxury Hotel Award 2015; Luxury Coastal Resort and Luxury Casino Hotel Asia by World Luxury Hotel Award; Vietnam’s Best Golf Hotel 2015 by World Golf Awards. Its adjacent golf course – The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip – was designed by Greg Norman and opened in 2014, and has gone on to win countless awards, including becoming the first course in Vietnam to ever make Golf Digest’s Top 100 list for courses around the world.
