This is ITT! Isaac and Thao Trang to team up at Ho Tram Sound Waves
Ho Tram, November 17th, 2017 – Performing as a duet for the first time ever, two icons of Vietnamese pop music will share the stage at Ho Tram Sound Waves. Isaac. Thao Trang. This is ITT.
November 25 will see the talented front-man of boy-band 365 reflect upon the year in which his chart-topping band went its separate ways, propelling him into an acclaimed solo career take to ‘stage left’ of the spectacular Fountains of Ho Tram. Stage right: Thao Trang, whose searing vocal chords have had a well-earned break over the past year, in one of her first comebacks to center stage, following her exclusive performance at APEC DaNang 2017.
The contrast in styles between the two sets the fountained stage for a night unlike any other. Known for his silky ballads, Isaac’s gentle romantic tones have had audiences swooning since he burst on to the scene in 2012. Cross-stage, the uniquely powerful tones of Thao Trang have had audiences gasping since her shot to prominence in 2008.
Audiences can expect to hear hits including Mr. Right (remix), Bong Bong Bang Bang (remix), Hai co tien (remix), Tat den (remix), Anh se ve som thoi.
Famed for his easy good looks, on stage charm and diverse range of talents, Isaac has been able to draw fans in with his friendly demeanor and nice-guy appeal. He has proven an inspiration for young Vietnamese, calling upon them to challenge themselves and push their own boundaries, just as he does himself in a career than now spans singing, acting, entrepreneurship and television judging.
Michael Kelly, Executive Chairman of The Grand Ho Tram Strip said of the concert series: “Ho Tram Sound Waves is at the center of our goal to make The Grand the top entertainment destination for people in Vietnam. Every event draws people from Ho Chi Minh City and around the nation to take in a show that cannot be rivaled anywhere else.”
The trail to the Fountains of Ho Tram stage has been lit up by such legends of Vietnamese music as Son Tung M-TP, Toc Tien, Phuong Vy Idol, and most recently, My Tam. The six-floor water performance of the Fountains provides a staggering backdrop to their performances that has ‘wowed’ audiences on every outing.
Launching nightly from 6pm to 9pm, the “Fountains of Ho Tram” are able to project water over 25 meters into the air from its 120 jets, synchronized with a full spectrum LGP LED light show.
